4. Payment and Refunds

Payments: All course prices are listed in the applicable currency. You agree to pay all fees associated with your course enrollments.

Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Rwanda Tech Academy, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rwanda Tech Academy or its content creators and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Upload viruses or malicious code

7. Instructor Terms

If you create and publish courses as an instructor:

• You retain ownership of your course content
• You grant Rwanda Tech Academy a license to host and distribute your content
• You ensure all content is original or properly licensed
• You are responsible for the accuracy and quality of your courses
• Revenue sharing terms will be outlined in a separate instructor agreement

8. Disclaimers

Our platform and courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Specific results from course completion
• Employment or career advancement
• Accuracy or completeness of all course content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rwanda Tech Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms
